Bonus Terms

These Bonus Terms apply to every bonus, reward and promotion on 9TO5: welcome and deposit offers, promo codes, VIP rewards, rakeback, races and challenges. Each offer can add its own rules; if they conflict, the rules of the offer apply. These Bonus Terms are part of our Terms of Service.

• One bonus per person, household, device and IP address, unless the offer says otherwise.
• Players on a break or self-excluded cannot claim bonuses or rewards until the break ends.
• We may exclude a player from promotions, for example after abuse, a chargeback or a pending identity check.

Some bonuses must be wagered a number of times before they, and the winnings made with them, can be withdrawn. The requirement is shown on each offer, for example "30× the bonus amount".

• The bonus is kept in a separate bonus balance, shown together with your real money. Your real money is always used first; bets placed with bonus money pay their winnings to the bonus balance.
• Only bets placed after the bonus is credited, and settled, count towards the requirement.
• Bonus money can only be played on the games listed in the offer. Each game counts for the percentage shown (for example slots 100%, Blackjack 10%). Other games are locked while a bonus is active: they accept no bets until the bonus is completed, forfeited or expired.
• While a bonus is active, a maximum bet per round applies on these games, and a game may be limited to one hand. Larger bets are refused.
• When the requirement is met, your whole balance becomes real money, up to the maximum conversion shown in the offer.
• Withdrawals are not possible while a bonus is active. You can cancel the bonus at any time on the Bonuses page: your bonus balance, including any winnings made with it, is then removed, and your real money stays untouched. The exact amount is shown before you confirm.
• If the bonus expires, the same rule applies. If the bonus money is used up, the bonus ends.

Rewards credited as cash, with no requirement shown (for example rakeback), can be withdrawn right away.

• An offer must be claimed, and its requirement met, before the end date shown. Unclaimed or unfinished bonuses expire.
• Bonuses are valued in US dollars and paid in the currency you have selected when you claim them, at the exchange rate of that moment.

• VIP levels, rakeback and periodic rewards are based on the amount wagered and are shown in the VIP section.
• Race prizes are paid to the ranked players after the race ends, once results are checked.
• We may change the VIP program, rewards and races for the future. Rewards already earned are kept.

The following are forbidden and lead to the removal of bonuses and related winnings, and may lead to the closure of the account:

• opening several accounts, or acting together with other players, to claim offers more than once;
• low-risk betting patterns designed only to clear requirements (for example covering most outcomes of a game at once);
• using software, bots or errors in an offer to gain an advantage;
• claiming an offer from a restricted territory or with false information.

We may change or end a promotion at any time, for example in case of error, fraud or technical problems. This never affects a bonus you already claimed in good faith, which stays under the rules in force when you claimed it.
